Sales and Lettings Negotiators Cardiff – Vacancy
Full Time Positions
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Cardiff office!
Do you have: –
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Negotiating skills – able to think outside of the box
- Excellent rapport building skills
- Full UK driving license and the use of own car
Are you: –

- Computer literate

Your daily duties would include: –
Sales
- Liaising with vendors to market properties in the most appropriate manner to maximise the selling value
- Handling enquiries from potential buyers
- Valuation of properties
- Producing reports, brochures and other promotional information
- Travelling to properties and conducting viewings
- Negotiating the sale of properties
- Administering and securing the disposal and acquisition of properties, ensuring legal compliance at all times
Lettings
- Dealing with all incoming inquiries
- Registering applicant’s details and property requirements
- Booking and conducting viewings
- Liaising with Landlords and Tenants
Previous experience, although welcomed, is by no means essential as we will provide you with relevant in-house training!
