Here at Alexanders, we are up against a range of estate agents in the area, and although we have less stock than everyone else, it is because we work hard and get them sold.

8. We are flexible with viewings
Our offices are open from 8.30 – 6pm Monday to Friday – and 9am – 5.30pm Weekends. We know how difficult it can be to view a property during a lunch hour or before the school run! Life happens 24 hours a day and we are flexible to meet your viewing times. You will find that we are open later than most of the estate agents in Aberystwyth, plus open 7 days a week. If it means we work into the evening and weekends then so be it.
9. Honesty is the best policy
From the first time we meet, we will be completely honest. There is no point covering up information, we promise to be completely honest about your property. If we feel it is not ready for photographing then we will let you know. We only give honest valuations. There is no point over valuing a property just to win it and have it on our books. We understand sometimes Estate Agents can over value properties in order to win them and have them on their books, but what would you prefer…. an honest valuation or an over valued one where you will be sat on the market for years to come?
